An ambitious and fast-growing national firm is seeking to appoint an Employment Partner in Birmingham. Job Responsibility:
Advising employers on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues
Managing matters such as dismissals, grievances, discrimination claims, TUPE, contracts and policies
Providing employment law input on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
Building and developing strong, long-term client relationships, supported by a national network of colleagues and referrers
Playing a senior role in the Birmingham office and supporting the development of junior lawyers
Requirements:
An experienced employment lawyer, currently at Partner or Legal Director level
A strong reputation in the Birmingham market with a demonstrable client following
Confident across both tribunal work and advisory mandates
Commercially astute, client-focused and collaborative
Ambition to play a central part in the team’s future growth and success
