Job Description

Full-service, midsize firm with a strong management-side employment and litigation practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join their team in Portland, OR. This is a hybrid remote role.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle employment litigation matters in state and federal courts
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings
  • Take and defend depositions and support oral argument preparation
  • Respond to state and federal administrative charges on behalf of employers
  • Advise employers and HR professionals on workplace compliance issues
  • Draft, revise, and update employer policies and employee handbooks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Active Oregon bar admission preferred
  • Washington admission is a plus or willingness to obtain licensure
