An established, highly regarded UK law firm with a strong national presence is seeking a senior Employment lawyer to play a key role in the continued expansion of its Employment practice in Bristol. The firm operates as a full-service practice advising a diverse client base that includes corporates, public bodies, charities, and senior individuals. Known for its forward-thinking approach and collaborative culture, the firm places equal emphasis on technical excellence, commercial insight, and people development. You will join a large and well-resourced Employment team recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500. The team advises on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and works closely with complementary service lines including corporate, immigration, HR consultancy, workplace investigations, and employee incentives. With lawyers based across multiple UK offices, the group combines national strength with a genuinely collegiate working style. The Bristol office represents a key strategic growth area, offering an opportunity to shape and lead the Employment offering in the South West. This is a senior appointment for an experienced Employment lawyer operating at Legal Director or Partner level. The successful candidate will be given the platform to develop the practice locally, supported by an established national team and existing client relationships.
