Job Description

Employment Lawyer (Junior to Senior) London | Flexible / Hybrid Working. If you're an Employment Lawyer considering a move but unsure whether a traditional firm structure is still right for you, this could be worth exploring. I'm working with a well-established, alternative legal services platform that continues to grow its Employment offering in London. They are looking to speak with lawyers from junior through to senior level who want more control over how they work, without compromising on quality. The Opportunity: This is a slightly different model to a traditional law firm. You'll be advising on a broad range of Employment matters, including: Employment tribunal litigation; Day-to-day HR advisory work; TUPE, restructures and redundancies; Supporting corporate transactions; Building and maintaining your own client relationships. The key difference is the level of autonomy and flexibility you'll have in how you manage your work and clients.
