A leading international law firm is looking to add an experienced Employment lawyer to its London team. Job Responsibility:
Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and transactional documentation
Handling TUPE matters across service provision changes and asset purchase transactions
Providing commercially focused HR advisory support to a broad client base
Playing an active role in client relationship development and wider business development initiatives
Requirements:
Qualified in England & Wales with around six or more years’ post-qualification of transactional (corporate support and advisory) experience from a City or international firm
Strong technical employment law skills and are comfortable running matters with autonomy
Enjoy direct client contact and working collaboratively across teams
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within an international practice
