The London team operates at the forefront of the European tech ecosystem, delivering commercially focused, cross-border advice to clients navigating rapid growth, international expansion, and complex corporate transactions. You will advise on a broad range of employment matters, with a strong emphasis on advisory work across the employment lifecycle, while also supporting high-value corporate transactions involving cutting-edge tech clients.
Job Responsibility:
Advising on day-to-day employment matters across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring through to termination
Drafting and negotiating employment, consultancy, and settlement agreements
Supporting on corporate transactions, including M&A, financings, and IPOs, with a strong cross-border element
Advising on workforce structuring, including employee, worker, and contractor classification
Guiding clients through disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes
Providing strategic input on redundancies and exits
Collaborating with international colleagues and external counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters
Contributing to business development initiatives and the growth of the practice
