Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Handle matters related to discrimination and harassment
unfair and wrongful dismissal
whistleblowing
post-termination restrictive covenants

contract reviews
interim injunction
bonus and contractual disputes

Requirements:

Upwards of 4 years PQE
motivated by claimant side work, a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters
tribunal experience
high court experience would be of interest
