Job Description:

My client is a well known firm looking to strengthen their Employment Law team. The role involves a mix of contentious and non-contentious work with some gentle supervision of other team members. You will have a majority of claimant-side work and will be advising clients on tribunal claims, negotiating settlements, and working on Employment Law matters within a close-knit team. The role offers flexibility, whether you prefer to work fully onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.

Job Responsibility:

Negotiating and advising on settlements
