A Legal 500 firm is seeking an Employment Law Solicitor in Southampton. The role entails advising on all aspects of Employment Law, supporting the team, handling varied caseloads, and participating in gentle business development. Applicants should have relevant experience and ideally be committed to living within a commutable distance of Southampton, though remote work is an option. Job Responsibility:

Handling both respondent and claimant side work
Managing own varied caseload
Supporting the team as key contact
Building the firm's profile across the region.

Requirements:

Experience in Employment Law
Ability to handle both respondent and claimant side work
Open to gentle business development and networking techniques
Experience managing own varied caseload
Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in Employment Law
Ability to demonstrate commitment to living within a commutable distance of Southampton or openness to remote work
Experience trained under the guidance of a noted partner.
