Job Description:

This role involves advising on all aspects of Employment Law, handling both respondent and claimant side work, and managing your own caseload. You'll build a profile in the region, with support from a Legal 500 firm that offers a strong benefits package and a great working environment. Relocation or remote work arrangements may be considered.

Handle respondent and claimant side work
Build up the firm's profile in the region
Manage your own caseload
Participate in business development and networking.

Requirements:

Experience in Employment Law
Experience handling both respondent and claimant side work
Experience in a noted firm with direct client contact
Ability to manage a varied caseload
Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in Employment Law
Motivation to build up the firm's profile
Willingness to perform gentle business development and networking
Commitment to live within a commutable distance or openness to remote work.

Nice to have:

Relocation commitment
Experience in a Legal 500 firm
Previous exposure to the Hampshire legal market.
