  • Experience in Employment Law
  • Experience on both respondent and claimant sides
  • Business development and networking experience
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in Employment Law
  • Experience under a partner in a noted firm
  • Direct client contact experience.

Nice to have:

  • Commitment to live within a commutable distance of the office
  • Willingness to relocate to Hampshire.
