Job Responsibility:

  • Assist senior advisors with proposals and client meetings

  • Conduct external client training
  • Offer guidance to paralegals and trainees in employment law

Requirements:

  • Newly qualified legal professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a trainee/paralegal
  • Strong grasp of current employment law
  • Proficiency in providing advice in its fundamental aspects
  • Adept at operating within a predominantly fixed-fee framework
  • Capable of efficiently managing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Clear understanding of business dynamics
  • Maintain high standards of client support
  • Show tangible proof of achieving business goals and ensuring client satisfaction

Nice to have:
