Job Responsibility:
Provide brilliant service to a portfolio of own clients or as part of an advisory or pyramid team
Cultivate strong client relationships through offering top-tier, legally sound advice
Position yourself as their go-to source for employment law matters
Assist senior advisors with proposals and client meetings
Engage with employee representatives for early conciliation matters
Aid clients in meeting their business goals while upholding legal standards
Conduct external client training
Offer guidance to paralegals and trainees in employment law
Requirements:
Newly qualified legal professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a trainee/paralegal
Strong grasp of current employment law
Proficiency in providing advice in its fundamental aspects
Adept at operating within a predominantly fixed-fee framework
Capable of efficiently managing priorities and meeting deadlines
Clear understanding of business dynamics
Maintain high standards of client support
Show tangible proof of achieving business goals and ensuring client satisfaction

Nice to have:
Candidates with more than 2 years’ experience delivering EL & ER advice in other legal or HR settings
