An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join a large national law firm in Glasgow. The firm's employment & pensions practice is one of its largest and most successful business areas, acting for an impressive client base that includes major public and private sector organisations across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment matters, with a particular focus on complex and high-value equal pay claims. You'll be part of a highly regarded team recognised for its technical excellence, collaborative culture and commitment to developing its Lawyers.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise clients on a wide variety of employment law issues, including: Equal pay litigation and strategic advisory work
  • Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
  • Discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal matters
  • Workforce restructuring and organisational change projects
  • Employment law support on corporate transactions and outsourcing projects
  • Day-to-day HR and employment law advice for a diverse client base
