Job Description:

100+ Attorney Defense firm is seeking an Employment Defense Attorney to join its team! This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of employment defense experience who is licensed and residing in California.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently manage a full caseload (15-25 cases) of employment defense matters from inception through resolution
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, discovery, motion practice, etc.
  • 1800 yearly billable hour requirement

Requirements:

  • Must reside in California (100% remote, but limited to in-state attorneys)
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • 5+ years of employment litigation defense experience, with some school district defense experience
  • Active California Bar license
