If so, YOU could be our next Employment Consultant at our Morley, WA site within our Inclusive Employment Australia Program.

  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle

  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

  • Support participants in obtaining personal identification and developing tailored goals to guide their employment journey
  • Identify barriers to participation and collaborate with participants to develop tailored solutions
  • Effectively utilize the Employment and Community Services Network (ECSN) system for comprehensive case management
  • Provide post-placement support to participants transitioning into employment to ensure long-term success
  • Deliver administrative support by managing logistics, staff rosters, and accurate weekly site reports
  • Accurately measure and document performance indicators in accordance with ALPA methods and timelines
  • Integrate respect for cultural practices and family structures into all program activities and decision-making
