Job Responsibility:
Support participants in obtaining personal identification and developing tailored goals to guide their employment journey
Identify barriers to participation and collaborate with participants to develop tailored solutions
Effectively utilize the Employment and Community Services Network (ECSN) system for comprehensive case management
Provide post-placement support to participants transitioning into employment to ensure long-term success
Deliver administrative support by managing logistics, staff rosters, and accurate weekly site reports
Accurately measure and document performance indicators in accordance with ALPA methods and timelines
Integrate respect for cultural practices and family structures into all program activities and decision-making
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Employment Consultant, Activity Coordinator, or Site Manager within the RAES or Community Development Program system
Proven experience working within remote Indigenous Communities and the delivery of community services
High-level competence in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems relevant to employment services
Demonstrated ability in planning, time management, and working effectively with multiple stakeholders
Physical ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and navigate office environments
Resilience and readiness to travel to remote communities via vehicle (unsealed roads) or light aircraft
Ability to travel via light aircraft (safety guidelines require a weight limit not exceeding 140kg)
Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and clearances required for remote community work
