Employment Coach

At the Endeavour Foundation Business Solutions work sites based in Warwick, we produce high-quality products and services while delivering inclusive employment experiences. We’re looking for a dynamic Employment Coach to champion person-centred practices and contemporary disability service provision. In this role, you’ll be the mentoring and motivating the supported employees that work in the production field to feel supported and cared for in their day to day working environment. You’ll work closely with a small group of Supported Employees to provide customer safeguarding and positive behaviour strategies to mentor and coach the employees. You will use a high level of standards to ensure highest level of disability practice is achieved and upheld.
