Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day employment law counseling to business clients
Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and employment-related agreements
Advise on compliance with California and federal labor laws, including wage and hour, leaves of absence, harassment prevention, and termination procedures
Respond to agency inquiries and guide clients through preventative best practices
Monitor regulatory developments and assist clients with HR policy updates
Requirements:
Licensed in California and in good standing
4+ year of CA Employment Law Experience
