The role sits within a well-established employment practice advising on a broad mix of matters, including day-to-day advisory work, transactional support and contentious issues. You will work closely with experienced partners on high-quality mandates, often with an international dimension.
Job Responsibility:
Advising on a wide range of employment and HR-related issues, both contentious and non-contentious
Supporting on cross-border projects, including employment aspects of corporate transactions
Drafting and reviewing employment documentation, policies and internal procedures
Assisting on disputes, investigations and litigation processes
Engaging directly with clients and contributing to the development of long-term relationships
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's global network on multi-jurisdictional matters.
Requirements:
Singapore-qualified with around 2+ years' PQE
solid grounding in employment law
strong drafting ability
confidence to operate in an international environment.
