Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to join the Singapore office of a truly international law firm, widely recognised for its work across the global employment landscape. With a strong presence across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, the team offers seamless cross-border support to multinational clients operating at the forefront of their industries. The role sits within a well-established employment practice advising on a broad mix of matters, including day-to-day advisory work, transactional support and contentious issues. You will work closely with experienced partners on high-quality mandates, often with an international dimension.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising on a wide range of employment and HR-related issues, both contentious and non-contentious
  • Supporting on cross-border projects, including employment aspects of corporate transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing employment documentation, policies and internal procedures
  • Assisting on disputes, investigations and litigation processes
  • Engaging directly with clients and contributing to the development of long-term relationships
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's global network on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Requirements

  • Singapore-qualified with around 2+ years' PQE
  • solid grounding in employment law
  • strong drafting ability
  • confidence to operate in an international environment.
