Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer
Proficiency in Employment Law

Job Responsibility

Execute all phases of litigation in federal and state courts handling employment law cases including discovery, interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, pleadings, motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, visiting dispute sites, and attending court appearances, pre-trial matters, trial, and appeals
Conduct legal research and analysis to provide innovative solutions to complex legal issues
Participate in business development activities, including client presentations, networking events, industry conferences, and other targeted marketing efforts to expand the client base and cultivate long-term relationships
