We are looking for a dedicated Employment and Civil Rights Attorney to join our team in California. This role focuses on representing plaintiffs in employment and civil rights cases, requiring a strong background in litigation and advocacy. Job Responsibility:

  • Represent plaintiffs in employment and civil rights litigation, advocating for justice and fair treatment
  • Prepare and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather evidence and build compelling cases
  • Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation and courtroom representation
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies
  • Analyze case law and legal precedents to support arguments and strengthen cases
  • Handle employment litigation cases, addressing workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination

Requirements:
