Job Description:

A dynamic, innovative Construction Consultancy in Bristol is looking to add a talented Employers Agent to their growing team. This role is perfect for an ambitious Employers Agent / Quantity Surveyor eager to join a vibrant consultancy, benefit from a supportive team with excellent progression & development opportunities – including a brilliant internal APC programme.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Admin services across a range of exciting New Build Residential developments
Working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations & Private Developers

Requirements:

A construction related RICS Accredited degree
Previous Employers Agent / Contract Admin experience
A Quantity Surveying or Project Management background in a UK Consultancy
Residential sector experience is highly desirable
Ambition and character to grow professionally and personally with the business

Nice to have:

Residential sector experience
