The Employers Agent will play a pivotal role in managing project delivery, acting as the key link between developers, contractors, and consultant teams. Job Responsibility
Oversee projects through all key delivery stages ensuring programme quality and contractual obligations
Manage procurement activities
Prepare and administer contracts
Coordinate communication between clients contractors and professional teams
Chair progress meetings
Monitor risk
Provide strategic advice throughout construction lifecycle
Undertake Contract Administrator duties
Support delivery of projects under JCT Design & Build contracts
Requirements
3-6 years’ experience within a consultancy, housing developer, or project management environment
Strong knowledge of contract administration and project delivery across residential or mixed-use developments
Experience administering JCT contracts
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying, or a related discipline is preferred
