Ealing Council have an exciting new opportunity as an employer engagement officer available on a full-time basis for 12 months. The Ealing Borough Apprenticeship Scheme (EBAS) is a new initiative designed to help local businesses grow while creating inclusive, high-quality apprenticeship and employment opportunities particularly for Ealing residents. By working with employers across priority sectors, EBAS drives workforce development, social value, and economic regeneration - making a real difference to businesses and communities. We’re looking for a dynamic Employer Engagement Officer to champion EBAS and build strong partnerships with employers. You’ll lead proactive engagement, broker membership and service packages, and support businesses to design inclusive recruitment and training solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work with employers to help shape the future of skills and employment in Ealing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support workforce planning and inclusive recruitment practices
  • Promote EBAS benefits and broker service packages
  • Facilitate social value opportunities such as mentoring and work experience
