Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning and execution of brand and employer branding campaigns across digital channels
  • Manage and create content for HubX’s social media platforms, including short-form video production
  • Collaborate with the brand team to develop visuals, videos and written content aligned with HubX’s tone and identity
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new storytelling opportunities
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts such as newsletters, announcements and company-wide content
  • Support university communications, partnerships and campus-related branding activities
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events that strengthen company culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or a related field (or strong hands-on experience in these areas)
  • 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, employer branding, social media management or content-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms — especially Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok — including platform dynamics and content formats
  • Hands-on experience in short-form video shooting and basic editing
  • Ability to take operational ownership in content planning, campaign execution and event-related tasks
  • Fundamental analytical and reporting skills
  • ability to track and interpret performance metrics
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools for content production, research and reporting
  • Experience working with agencies, freelancers or external partners
  • Working proficiency in English with the ability to read and write content when needed

Nice to have

  • Additional certifications or training in digital marketing, social media management, employer branding or brand communication
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics or similar tools
  • Familiarity with project management & documentation tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Figma, Adobe Family
  • Experience with content creation tools like Canva, CapCut or similar
  • Background in university communications, campus events or community/ambassador programs
