We are seeking a strategic and creative professional to lead the Employer Branding Strategy for VOIS Egypt. This role is pivotal in shaping and embedding our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across internal and external platforms, ensuring VOIS is recognised as an employer of choice in the IT & ITeS sector. The individual will collaborate with global and local teams, manage external partnerships, and drive impactful campaigns that elevate our brand presence.
Job Responsibility:
Design and implement the Employer Branding and EVP strategy for VOIS Egypt, serving as the primary point of contact for related initiatives
Develop and execute high-impact branding campaigns in collaboration with key Centres of Expertise (COEs) such as Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, Youth, Future Ready, Spirit, and Talent Acquisition
Lead VOIS Egypt’s employer brand presence across external social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, VOIS Careers, LinkedIn Life, and Glassdoor
Build and nurture ambassador communities including youth, new joiners, and alumni to amplify employer branding efforts
Establish and manage relationships with external partners such as social media agencies, universities, and platforms like Glassdoor to enhance VOIS’s reputation in the IT & ITeS industry
Requirements:
A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Employer Branding, EVP, job advertising, and talent attraction
Experienced in creating and executing employer branding strategies with measurable impact in large organisations
Skilled in managing social media, content marketing, and digital strategies for brand building and reputation management
Adept at stakeholder engagement and partnership management across global teams
Proficient in campaign planning, event coordination, and budget management
Holds a Master’s degree in Marketing or HR
Brings 3–5 years of in-house or agency experience in Employer Branding, EVP, Content Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Talent Attraction
