Job Responsibility:

  • Developing a data-driven content strategy that shares employees’ stories and doesn’t shy away from trying new ideas, formats, and platforms
  • Producing digital, print, video, photo, and/or editorial content that can be distributed across our social channels, our careers site (including our blog), job boards, internal communications, and more
  • Owning and driving the end-to-end process of content creation, including ideation, scripting, casting, overseeing production and editing, and publishing
  • Ensuring we have an organized and compelling global library of static, video, and editorial content, with a key focus on our locations with the highest hiring volumes
  • Partnering closely with the global Talent Acquisition (TA) team
  • Collaborating closely with our internal partners (in Communications, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Multimedia teams) and with vendors and external agencies

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in content production or adjacent project management role
  • A proven track record of developing compelling content and a passion for doing so
  • Experience working for a global company, with an understanding of how to tailor content to international markets and build strong working relationships with internal and external partners around the world
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • holds internal and external partners to the same high standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and drive work forward with urgency in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work highly collaboratively and approach challenges with an innovative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiasm for trying new types of content, new formats, new technologies
  • Expressed interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing, and an understanding of the value and impact of this function at a company
