Job Description

The Employer Brand Advisor supports the Employer Brand team through essential insight, content creation and operational support, ensuring employer brand activity is on brand, market-leading and embedded across the organisation. The role translates employer brand guidelines into, high-quality assets and actionable data.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and maintain employer brand performance dashboards across priority channels, analysing trends and translating data into clear insight and recommendations whilst standardising reporting and contribute to quarterly performance, ROI and brand reputation updates
  • Enable high-quality employer brand content delivery by creating reusable formats, standards and guidance for social, careers and advocacy channels
  • Govern the employer brand content ecosystem, including asset libraries, templates, toolkits, playbooks and guidelines
  • Source, curate and prepare employee stories and cultural content that bring the EVP to life across external and internal touchpoints
  • Enable employee advocacy, ambassador and alumni activity through structured toolkits, processes and content management
  • Build and maintain employer brand content and activation calendars, aligning activity to priority roles, campaigns and business moments
  • Support employer brand activations and external-facing events, owning planning, logistics, materials and outcome tracking
  • Support employer brand supplier operations, including scopes of work, invoicing, financial processes and delivery

Requirements

  • Confident working with performance data, dashboards and insight to inform decision-making and optimisation is essential
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, highly organised with strong attention to detail is essential
  • Experience in employer brand, content creation, social media, brand operations or marketing enablement roles is essential
  • Confident in coordination and process improvements, knowledge of brand consistency, accessibility and guidelines is essential
  • Passion for employer branding and creating inclusive, authentic attraction experiences is essential

Nice to have

Experience coordinating or editing content, with image or video editing skills is desirable
