We are looking for an experienced Employee Service Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide key support to our workforce by addressing employee relations, guiding HR processes, and contributing to organizational initiatives. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations and investigations
  • Proficiency in benefits administration, payroll processes, and HR policies
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR management systems
  • Proven ability to support geographically distributed teams in remote or hybrid environments
  • Experience in mid-to-large sized organizations, particularly those with matrixed structures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear guidance on HR-related matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
