The Employee Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the employee dining facility, ensuring that all colleagues enjoy high-quality meals in a welcoming, clean, and efficient environment. This role ensures the smooth coordination of meal service, maintains food safety and hygiene standards, and fosters a positive dining experience that supports employee well-being and satisfaction.

Requirements:
Previous experience in food & beverage supervision, staff dining operations, hospitality role
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with employees from diverse backgrounds
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
knowledge of F&B or POS systems is an advantage
