Be responsible for assisting the chef in charge of the staff canteen, contributing to the overall success of staff canteen in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals and employee satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Conducts Prepares food for guests and team members efficiently, economically, and hygienically as per the standard recipes following the standards and procedures
Work Support the Head Chef in the overall smooth operation of the kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times
Planning, Preparation and Implementation of High Quality Food& Beverage Products and Set-up’s in all Areas and Kitchens
Cooks, prepares and bakes food for guests and team members as per the standard recipes
Seamless working with Recipes, Standards and Plating Guides
Maintenance of all HACCP aspects within the hotel operation
Correct usage of all equipment, tools and machines
Can be asked to work for off site events
Can be asked to complete tasks and jobs outside the kitchen areas
Constantly improving cooking skills, reasonably arranging the variety and taste of dishes, ensuring that the food is palatable to the taste buds
All team members have to be knowledgeable about occupancy, events, forecast and achievements
Preperation of menus as per request, in timely fashion
Every guest request must be responded to complete satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working
Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job
Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help
