Job Responsibility:

Be the go-to resource for managing a wide range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and complex cases like TUPE and redundancy
Ensure that all employees are treated fairly and that our policies and procedures are followed consistently
Coach managers and employees on best practices, building their capability and confidence in handling employee relations matters
Actively stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments and share your knowledge with the team, driving continuous improvement
Use your expertise to analyze trends and data, identifying areas for improvement and proactively shaping our employee relations strategy

Requirements:

ER expert
able to provide clear and actionable advice
able to build rapport, listen effectively, and navigate complex situations with diplomacy and professionalism
able to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement strategies to resolve workplace issues
champion for fairness, equity, and inclusivity
