Job Responsibility:

  • Address matters of tardiness, discrimination, workers’ compensation, accidents, and performance concerns
  • Manage disciplinary actions, resolve no-shows, and handle investigations—no union-related work
  • Develop and refine SOPs to elevate HR processes and compliance
  • Collaborate to identify and resolve performance issues across teams
  • Leverage your expertise in employee relations—BP backgrounds welcome

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct employee relations experience, managing cases independently
  • Robust background in human resources and compliance/legal HR matters
  • Proven experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Demonstrated ability to address sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
