Job Responsibility:
Address matters of tardiness, discrimination, workers’ compensation, accidents, and performance concerns
Manage disciplinary actions, resolve no-shows, and handle investigations—no union-related work
Develop and refine SOPs to elevate HR processes and compliance
Collaborate to identify and resolve performance issues across teams
Leverage your expertise in employee relations—BP backgrounds welcome
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of direct employee relations experience, managing cases independently
Robust background in human resources and compliance/legal HR matters
Proven experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Demonstrated ability to address sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
