Join us as our Employee Relations and Change Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and shaping exceptional colleague experience. In this strategic, hands-on leadership role, you'll lead the Employee Relations function to develop and deliver innovative HR governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. You'll ensure full compliance with employment law and company policies, driving a culture of fairness, transparency, and accountability. Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a complex, customer-focused and financial services environment that's experienced change and transformation
  • Strong understanding of HR governance, compliance, and employment law
  • Demonstrated success in driving employee relations, engagement, change, OD and culture change initiatives
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  • Have led or been directly involved in M&A
