Job Responsibility:
Lead the Employee Relations function to develop and deliver innovative HR governance frameworks

Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a complex, customer-focused and financial services environment that's experienced change and transformation
Strong understanding of HR governance, compliance, and employment law
Demonstrated success in driving employee relations, engagement, change, OD and culture change initiatives
Experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams
Have led or been directly involved in M&A
