As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Employee Relations (ER) Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team and drive proactive, fair, and effective employee relations practices across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence, and conflict resolution
Lead or support complex casework and investigations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation
Coach and support line managers to handle ER matters confidently and effectively
Monitor ER trends, identify risks, and develop proactive interventions to reduce ER issues
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support change management initiatives, including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure best practices are followed
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment across the function
Requirements:
Proven experience in a dedicated Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role in the health and social care/education sector
Strong knowledge of UK employment law (or relevant regional law)
