Job Responsibility:
Managing a wide range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and appeals
Advising managers on employment law, HR policies, and best practice
Coaching and supporting managers to confidently handle ER matters
Managing cases relating to absence, probation, and flexible working
Analysing HR data including absence trends and ER case insights
Supporting the development of HR toolkits, policies, and guidance
Overseeing HR systems including Sage People administration and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience providing HR/ER advice in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of employment law and ER processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using HR systems (experience with Sage HR/People is advantageous)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders
