As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in unlocking the potential of our workforce by providing expert ER guidance and coaching managers through complex people matters.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a varied Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters
Taking a proactive approach to resolving ER issues and supporting managers through the process
Providing expert advice on employment law and company policies
Building strong and trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders
Coaching and guiding managers through internal procedures and best practice
Supporting the development of Employee Relations projects and initiatives to improve people management and drive best practice across the business
Requirements:
CIPD accredited
Strong understanding of employment legislation
Experience managing a broad range of employee relations cases
Confident influencing stakeholders
Solving problems effectively
Proactive and innovative mindset
