This is a key position within the People Support Team, working collaboratively with our Operational and Head Office colleagues across the brands within the Caffè Nero Group in the UK. Employee Relations plays a big part in this role, along with the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of other HR work.
Job Responsibility:
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
Provide sound ER advice in line with cultural values and employment legislation
Complete admin tasks as required
Update and maintain ER case notes
Work collaboratively with other members of the People Support Team
Support the ongoing development of our Line Manager ER knowledge
Be part of project work to support the wider People Team objectives
Requirements:
Solid experience in an Employee Relations advisory capacity
Sound knowledge of UK and ROI Employment Law
Hospitality or retail background
Brilliant communications skills – both written and verbal
Great team player
