Job Responsibility:
Delivering a proactive approach to employee relations cases, such as disciplinary, grievance and performance and absence management
Effectively managing a wide and varied employee relations caseload
Providing expert advice to management on matters relating to employment law
Establishing strong working relationships with managers
Supporting and coaching managers when navigating through internal procedures
Supporting the development of ER projects, to develop best practice and drive improvements in people management
Requirements:
CIPD accredited
Deep understanding of employment legislation
Proven track record in handling diverse employee relations cases
Strong influencing skills
Coaching abilities
Impeccable problem-solving skills
Knack for thinking innovatively
