Employee Relations Advisor

• Serve as the go-to advisor for employee relations matters across the organisation
• Manage employee relations cases, providing sound assessments and guidance on resolution
• Understand Fair Work conciliations and the associated processes
• Offer practical, balanced employee relations guidance
• Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and processes
• Manage employee relations processes, including conducting less complex investigations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an ER Advisor or as an HR Generalist, with experience in employee relations case management
• A practical understanding of legislative and statutory requirements
• A demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, seeking to create and develop within the role
• Familiarity with EBAs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A growth mindset and passion for positive workplace relations
