Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Temporary Employee Relations Administrator to provide essential administrative support to ongoing Employee Relations (ER) projects. This role will suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively, handling sensitive information, and supporting complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine ER project queries, interpreting policies and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate, confidential ER records in line with HR, legal, and data protection requirements
  • Organise and update digital project files, including taking minutes and maintaining action logs
  • Collate data, update spreadsheets, and produce reports and progress updates
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project check‑ins with multiple stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support for events, including room bookings and accommodation arrangements
  • Coordinate staff communications and mail‑outs
  • Track settlement agreements and invoices, liaising with Finance to ensure timely payment
  • Undertake other appropriate administrative duties as required
