Job Description

Based within SOURCE (formerly known as HR) — this position blends employee experience, technology, and program strategy to take our recognition programs to the next level. You’ll own and enhance the systems behind the scenes, leveraging automation, data, and smart workflows to make our programs more scalable, seamless, and impactful. This role partners across the business to continuously improve how we recognize and reward our people — helping deliver the kind of experience that keeps Power Design a Top Workplace year after year.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and continuously improve recognition platforms and tools to enhance user experience, scalability, and program effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
  • Leverage reporting tools and dashboards to track program performance, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage and execute company-wide employee recognition and rewards programs
  • Partner with key stakeholders to determine program eligibility and ensure accurate, meaningful recognition across teams
  • Design, procure, and oversee the delivery of employee rewards including digital platforms, branded merchandise, and custom awards
  • Curate engaging in-person and virtual experiences that celebrate employee achievements and milestones
  • Develop and share recognition communications that highlight employee accomplishments and reinforce company culture
  • Deliver a high-quality, service-oriented experience for employees interacting with recognition programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead the rollout of new programs, incentives, and system enhancements
  • Stay informed on industry trends in employee experience, recognition, and technology, bringing innovative ideas forward
  • Contribute to company-wide communications, special projects, and internal events as needed

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience supporting employee programs, HR operations, marketing, or a technology/process improvement role
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working with a variety of technology systems and platforms (HRIS, automation tools, reporting tools, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capabilities
  • Advanced experience leveraging tools such as Asana, Power BI, Zapier, or Power Automate to drive automation, reporting, or process improvements
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Creative problem-solver who can balance innovation with structure and process
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
