Job Description:

This position will assist the Employee Proposition & Projects Manager with the administration and coordination of both annual and day-to-day activities related to employee benefits, recognition programs, and project initiatives. Responsibilities will include scoping projects, evaluating current processes, and proposing improvements with a focus on automation and increased efficiency. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with the wellness and inclusion team to ensure that all content, materials, and communications developed by the Employee Proposition team align with the broader Better Me strategy and roadmap. You will also help prepare for and take part in post-implementation reviews, develop and manage multiple project plans, track and report on employee benefits and recognition programs, and support the Employee Proposition Manager in leading the full lifecycle of our annual company surveys in partnership with our external provider.
