We’re looking for a Employee Proposition Coordinator to support the delivery of our benefits, recognition schemes, and wellbeing strategy – helping make Travelodge an even better place to work. You’ll help shape an outstanding colleague experience by managing benefits, recognition schemes, and wellbeing initiatives like our “Better Me” strategy. You’ll coordinate multiple projects end to end, from Housekeeping Heroes to our annual company survey, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivers real impact. Alongside this, you’ll handle scheme administration, liaise with suppliers, and keep our benefits microsite simple and accessible. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine organisation, creativity, and problem-solving to make a difference for our people every day.
