Job Description

At Hunkemöller, we believe an exceptional employee experience is the foundation of a strong culture, engaged teams, and outstanding performance. From the very first interaction to long‑term growth, we want every colleague — in our stores and at HQ — to feel empowered, included, and inspired to bring their full, authentic self to work. To take our employee experience to the next level, we are looking for an Employee Experience Manager who will design, drive, and continuously improve meaningful moments across the entire employee lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and evolve the global employee experience strategy across HQ and Retail, aligned with Hunkemöller's brand, values, and EVP
  • Design and optimize key moments in the employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, development, recognition, exits)
  • Lead employee listening initiatives (e.g. surveys, feedback loops, insights) and translate insights into clear actions and improvements
  • Partner with Employer Branding & Recruitment to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee journey
  • Collaborate with L&D to strengthen growth, development, and internal mobility experiences
  • Drive cross-functional projects that enhance culture, inclusion, well-being, and engagement
  • Develop clear EX KPIs, monitor progress, and share impact with stakeholders
  • Act as a thought leader and ambassador for employee experience across the organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, Culture, Engagement, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of employee journeys and ability to turn strategy into practical, scalable solutions
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with insights, surveys, and KPIs
  • Strong stakeholder manager, able to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
  • Combines empathy and structure: people-focused, yet organized and outcome-oriented
  • Experience in a retail, fashion, or international environment is a strong plus
  • Communicates fluently in English (additional languages are a plus)

Nice to have

  • Experience in a retail, fashion, or international environment
  • Additional languages

What we offer

  • 25 days of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 4 additional days
  • Hybrid work model, combining office and remote working
  • Possibility to work from abroad for up to 2 weeks per year
  • International work environment
  • Travel allowance
  • Access to the Hunkemöller Academy for professional development
  • 25% employee discount on all Hunkemöller products
