Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Employee Engagement Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement or a related HR function. This role is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and growth, promote retention, and strengthen company culture—all while understanding and supporting the business’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, connects well with people, and has the business insight to balance employee advocacy with company priorities. This person will play a key role in fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment while contributing to organizational success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives that align with both employee needs and company objectives
  • Plan and organize engagement programs, recognition activities, and team-building events to enhance morale and productivity
  • Monitor and track employee satisfaction, growth, and retention through surveys, check-ins, and analytics
