We are looking for an Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist in Georgia, primarily responsible for internal communications. This role involves building and maintaining clear, structured, and consistent communication across the company, as well as supporting external communications with a primary focus on the Belarus and Georgia entities.
Job Responsibility:
Create and publish internal content for employees (news, updates, announcements) across internal channels (MS Teams, Outlook, intranet)
Prepare texts for different internal audiences, including leadership communications
Create and publish content for the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Manage internal communication plans and calendars
Collaborating with Employer Branding, Client Marketing, the design team, and other stakeholders
Support external communications and employer branding initiatives
Communicate with third parties (partners, universities, merch suppliers, contractors)
Work with basic official documentation related to communications and vendors (contracts, acts, invoices)
Support internal events, meetups, and engagement activities together with HR and Office management teams
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in internal communications, PR, marketing, or similar roles
Strong written communication skills in Russian
Written and spoken English at B1+ level
Copywriting skills and understanding of SMM principles
Ability to work with AI tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
Strong skills in structuring information and working with different content formats
Experience working with official documentation
Ability to manage tasks independently and take personal responsibility for results
Willingness to work in a changing environment and receive regular feedback
