Job Description:

As Employee Engagement and Experience Advisor you will play a key part in the busy People team, taking responsibility for delivery of a full range of Human Resources services. You will support the HR Manager in the delivery of efficient and effective HR support and an advisory service to the business by providing first line contact on all people related issues consistent with internal processes and legal requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide first line generalist HR Advice to colleagues
  • Own the recruitment process, from advert to hire
  • Drive continuous improvement, review processes and policies, provide advice and guidance
  • Create, maintain, interpret, and share meaningful people related metrics/data
  • Manage Employee Relations, arrange and attend informal/formal meetings and hearings
  • Provide advice and guidance on absence management issues
  • Complete regular salary benchmarking exercises
  • Update and maintain HR Information System data
  • Identify existing and up and coming talent, support managers to nurture and retain talented colleagues
  • Contribute to and drive people related initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role ideally within a HR or recruitment team
