Job Description

The Internal Communications Senior Analyst supports the development and execution of internal communication activities that help strengthen employee engagement, improve awareness of business priorities, and support organizational initiatives across the business. The role works closely with HR, functional teams, and regional communications stakeholders to deliver clear, timely, and engaging communications for associates across multiple employee groups and markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Supports the execution of internal communication plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities and employee engagement goals
  • Drafts and coordinates internal communication materials including announcements, leadership messages, newsletters, intranet content, FAQs, employee stories, and event communications
  • Supports communication activities related to business updates, employee engagement initiatives, leadership visits, and organizational changes
  • Assists in the planning and execution of quarterly town halls, leadership sessions, employee events, and recognition activities, including agenda coordination, presentation support, employee engagement elements, and onsite logistics
  • Supports the cascade of regional and global communication initiatives through local communication channels
  • Helps manage and update internal communication channels and tools including emailers, digital screens, intranet platforms, SMS communications, and collaboration tools
  • Maintains communication calendars and supports content planning, approvals, and stakeholder alignment
  • Supports crisis and urgent communication coordination to ensure timely employee updates aligned with leadership guidance
  • Monitors communication effectiveness through surveys, engagement feedback, and analytics reporting
  • Partners closely with Corporate Communications, PR, Digital, HR, and other cross-functional teams to help ensure aligned and integrated communications across the business
  • Supports cross-functional projects and business initiatives requiring employee communication, stakeholder coordination, and internal engagement support
  • Support the delivery of internal communication and employee engagement initiatives across the business unit
  • Draft and coordinate employee communications in English and Arabic where applicable
  • Support the rollout of regional and global communication campaigns locally
  • Coordinate communication assets, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder reviews to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain internal communication platforms and ensure content remains updated and relevant
  • Support employee storytelling initiatives that showcase PepsiCo culture, people, and business impact
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors for communication materials and events where required
  • Partner with HR and functional teams to identify communication opportunities and gather relevant content
  • Support crisis communication coordination and employee messaging during urgent situations when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Faculty of Mass Communication is a plus
  • 6-7 years of experience
  • Experience in Public Relation
  • Exposure in Events Management
  • Strategic thinking & change management
  • High quality execution of communication plans
  • Writing skills in both English and Arabic
  • Communication skills and ability to create power points/design layouts
  • Excellent communicator able to interact with variety of stakeholders
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Time management and ability to prioritize
  • Fluent knowledge in spoken & written English and Arabic is required
  • Excellent skill in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required
  • Basic design skills
  • Ability to assess the needs of the customers, develop pragmatic low-cost solutions to address the diverse type of needs, align the diverse customers on solutions master plan
  • Very strong skills in the 'setting the agenda' leadership imperative (Decision making, Innovating, driving for results) as well as in the key dimensions of collaborating and influencing and inspiring trust
  • Intouch with trends and with the practices in the marketplace
  • Ability to build strong connections with different stakeholders
