As an Employee Benefits Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for staff seeking advice on salary packaging and related benefits. You’ll play a key role in onboarding employees, processing amendments, and supporting Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursements, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to staff enquiries about salary packaging options, including Living Expenses, Meal Entertainment, and Novated Leasing
Onboarding new employees into the salary packaging system and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
Processing amendments and liaising with payroll to resolve discrepancies
Assisting with CME expense claims and providing guidance on entitlements
Maintaining accurate data entry and supporting administrative tasks
Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
Understanding of salary packaging principles and Novated Leasing
Strong numeracy and data entry skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
