As an ECAT staff member, you’ll respond to staff calls, provide guidance, and help resolve urgent issues. You’ll assist with scheduling, document key information, and ensure programs stay safe and consistent. Strong communication, organization, and quick problem-solving are essential.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and respond to after-hours staff calls
Provide guidance and problem-solving support
Record calls and actions accurately
Help coordinate shifts and staffing coverage
Support staff handling urgent or unexpected situations
